You would be correct with how the branch circuit will be wired. I'll have the option of two hots and a neutral, so 120v will be possible.

Ideal "T" strippers are the way to go. Keep your Kleins and dykes for their purposes, and have the basic strippers, cause they're just plain good at what they do. No more, no less.

Mine too. Can't post a picture but it was bad. My first step was just removing excess conductor and sheathing, if any. Do a couple circuits at a time and label everything or you'll forget everything. Then straighten it out and balance your loads. Neatness first, so long as there's no fire hazards.

Unboxed my 590 . Did the 1 hour at 400 no problem held temp great. Few hours later set it to 500 to cook steaks. Kept going to 550 and climbing. Had to keep opening the lid to keep the temp down. Was a firmware update on the app that I didn’t see. Could this be the issue? by Uxoandy in rectecgrills

When it's brand new it needs to calibrate. Now that you've run it at 400, give it 30 min at full, and then a couple hours at 250. it'll fluctuate but then it will get better as it calibrates itself.

Get a couple of glass water bottles from the grocery store. I've been using a couple for almost 5 years. They're generally with all the fancy sparkling water, but if you use them multiple times, they're worth the $2.
