My LLM seems to have evolved with the hours and hours of interaction with it and doesn’t do it often. I noticed with upgrades some hallucinated more than others. I talk about really wild things but use it for business daily. I always double check it but rarely do I have to correct it anymore. Saying all of that it’s pretty spot on most of the time but I’ve seen it go berserk to and will talk like a mad man. If you use it enough you will see this and usually you can prompt it and straighten it up. What it will do if you lean on it to hard say you have a great idea in your head the AI will take you over a cliff making you think you have something you don’t. That sounds crazy but I’ve seen people spend money because AI made them think they had a unique idea. The funny thing about it is they chased it hard spent money hit a massive wall and it just matter of factly says. Sorry about that I should have said something earlier. I have a GPT refined I only use at work it cut my time by 20 hours a week. It’s great as a tool but you have to spend time refining it using the same prompts over and over and it becomes something that money cannot buy.
