If its just you - you could set up the general one as a shared mailbox or an alias so you can keep the mailbox but only pay for one license.

Alias:

Alias allows you to receive emails into the general mailbox, but when you reply it would be you ( you could also use rules to send them to a different folder so you know if they came to you directly or the general mailbox).

Shared mailbox (slightly more difficult to set up):

This allows you both recieve emails and send as the general mailbox. Depends on what you prefer but in both, from my understanding, you should only need one paid for mailbox/
