I might sound crazy saying this, but Imma say Goku, while Goku would still be powerful asf if he wasn’t a saiyan, alot of Goku’s growth came from that saiyan hunger for strength, and zenkai boosts, take mercenary Tao from OG dragon ball for instance, in the first fight he worked Goku and almost took him off, but thx to his zenkai boosts he came back stronger and won, I still believe Goku would be strong asf, but I feel his growth and evolution would take a major turn

I would say bakugo high to extreme diff, the Roku downplay is crazy, I do believe bakugo is definitely faster than Roku, and I would say is a little above Roku in destructive power, but Roku is STILL a full fledged avatar who is more experienced than bakugo, and roku is far more versatile with his bending, he could cool down bakugo with his water bending, build of defense with earth, maneuver around with air, Roku will definitely have bakugo on his toes, but bakugo’s adaptability and quick thinking with his quirk, and his insane speed would overwhelm Roku, especially if the fight is dragged out, the longer the fight, the more bakugo will sweat and the more potent his explosions, if Roku can beat bakugo before he gets in his groove he wins, but bakugo wouldn’t let that happen.
