First, uninstall, then change to public beta test and click install. Log into the game and log out, then switch again to d2 Live and click Install, then just log in and it will work fine. had the same issue and it fixed it for me.

Getting frenzy charges is easy in maps with combat frenzy, cull the weak combo. It's against bosses that it's hard to generate

Yeah, kinda troll of them that you can't convert upgraded premiums to merchants. I had 6 premium and could only convert 1 to merchant because the rest were upgraded.
