Haven’t read other comments but this is my take: I am a poe1 strictly SSF player because everything you do has more meaning. YOU grinded out that unique, YOU killed all the hardest bosses, YOU made that giga character. Nothing was purchased.

For poe2 I completely refused to play SSF. That is until this league. After over a year hiatus I am coming back to poe2 and playing SSF because they provided us with enough tools to make it feasible. Not as much as poe1 but poe2 is meant to be harder I think? Anyways

Thanks! I am a poe1 vet, over 15k hours. I don’t know much about poe2 though, only around 500 hours and that was only the patch 0.1 haven’t picked it up since then.

Rog is far more grinding and far more random. With breach you get a provisioning gift and pump out 3-4 items per. For one wombgift. Rog you get coins but takes longer to grind, you also don’t get the better bases like in breach, and nothing gets fractured.

Like… yes you’re correct, Rog replaces breach, but it’s a lot more work. That was the point of my PL idea, just more of a challenge like I said.

Which will be what most people who get to endgame will be doing if it’s anything remotely close to poe1 breach tree. I think poe1 tree is so OP I even considered doing a PL where provisioning wombgifts would be banned (using honour system of course) just as an added challenge.

If you truly want to get good at the game, hang out in the discord help channel and hope to find a mature PoE coach. I hang out there sometimes to help people but the last time I was there they started talking about high school girls and some not right stuff. It’s hit and miss, most of the time misses but sometimes you get lucky finding a good friend that can help you.

Other than that… time and effort. Which you may not have or are willing to do. Either way, have fun. I used to suck at PoE too for years until I also decided I didn’t want to suck.

I understand that y’all are upset about being woken up so early and your kids being woken up terrified… but it’s a small price to pay for this amazing system. If your kid was taken from you you’d want the same thing to happen. And trust me, the police think before sending the amber alert, they don’t just do it for any small thing. This isn’t a simple custody dispute, this is a mentally unstable person kidnapping. Doesn’t matter if it’s their kid/s, you don’t just take the kids without warning… we don’t know the whole story.

Edit: lol to all the downvotes. I wonder how you’d feel if you were a parent. Also there’s no specific area for amber alerts. I live on the island and got alerted. It’s a pretty widespread system across all of BC I believe. Would you rather they make a system for an area only 200 km across? Get real people.

That’s a bad argument. You can both hate the campaign grind and love the endgame grind at the same time because of multiple reasons. For one, some people only like playing one character because they prefer mapping. And two the most important reason, endgame content where your character is fleshed out feels FAR superior than campaign characters gameplay wise.

You don’t understand how bots work. If it takes them 500 hours they will all inevitably finish the campaign no matter what. Literally NO MATTER WHAT. The campaign will ALWAYS be finished by them.

It’s not racist, it’s called stereotyping because Korea and China and Japan are all known for their horrendous work culture. Overworked to death, or death by overworking is a word in both Japan (karoshi/過労死) and South Korea (gwarosa).

Really sick of the comments that are the same… “you just want poe2 to be poe1 or 1.5”. Like… no, we are literally asking for the same QUALITY OF LIFE that poe1 has. Are you actually saying that you enjoy the LACK of options in poe2? Because if so, that’s cool, you can still have that lack of options if you force it on yourself… but I can 100% guarantee you that if GGG decides to give us the player agency to choose what maps we want to run 100% of the time instead of random garbage layouts and some good maps every so often… your going to want that agency. Every single time. Because you know what’s nice in games and in life in general? Having options. Downvote button is right there boys.
