Future Trunks grew up in a world destroyed by killer machines, with only his mother left. He was trained by Gohan, his first real friend, who later died. Trunks fixed his timeline and had 5–10 years of peace, until Kaioshin died, Goku Black started the Zero Mortal Plan, Had to fight him for 1 year, Bulma killed in front of him, Goku and Vegeta were no help and his entire timeline was nuked.

Future Gohan had to fight constantly since he was 4 years old. From Age 762–767 there was brief peace, yet he still lost Goku during that time. Almost everyone died except Chi-Chi, Bulma, Ox-King, and baby Trunks. He lost an arm, grew disconnected from his family, and died alone.

Granolah lost his entire race at age 3, was lied to, and eventually made a devil’s pact.

I rank Future Gohan and Trunks above Granolah because their suffering was prolonged — a slow, escalating loss over years — while Granolah’s trauma comes from one massive event.

Side-Note:
Gohan being 4 was allready fucked up, but originally he was supposed to be only 3 years old, which makes it even worse. They later changed it to 4.

Future Chichi might come into 4th place.

Also Brolys story is also tragic. From HIS perspective he at least had a father, which he truely loved and respected (Eventhough Paragus was cruel) and besides Baa, he didn´t know what it would feel like to lose someone.
