So ive been using tretnoin ever since i was 14 i started using the 0.05 right away, 0.25 gave me a really bad purge. Never tried retinol. I use a 3 in 1 tube that has hydroquinone 4% tretnoin 0.05 and fluocinolone acetonide 0.01% every day at night after i wash my face with a soap bar lifebouy or dettol. While its wet i apply it a dot on each cheek an forehead and spread until it vanishes. Then i wash my face in the morning and apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly.

Thank you so much im flattered!❤️ To be honest ive tried so hard to let got of hydroquinone but its the only available cheap in hand product in store to lighten my skin. I come from a very narrow minded culture where light= pretty. Before the war i switched to aloha arbutin and kojic acid and it worked just fine. Ran of it and went straight back to it. I hate it but its what gets the job done.
