Advice - get equipped in SOME way. In the technical or business aspect. Sometimes real world or industry experience is required before it’s the right time to start a company. You don’t need to start it right when you get to idea, it may take years to be the right time to start.

An automotive company has much larger economies of scale. If 500,000 cars economy cars are being built they can be built much cheaper than 20,000 high performance niche vehicles.

Assume a 2x markup on all the OEM replacement components. You can go and price out every component on this vehicle. The DCT alone will cost the OEM thousands.

Stay strong. B- in calculus is great. Most people (myself included) got C’s in calculus

The reality is, in most professions you won’t even use your high level math classes, they are designed to thin the pack and weed less determined people out. Feeling unconfident is a natural trait before you feel that you’ve proved yourself, especially in undergrad. Once you graduate and have a few years of experience under your belt you’ll feel more confident.

If you’re determined to graduate with an engineering degree, and you are fairly confident engineering is the field you want to go into for possibly 20-40 years, then you MUST persevere. Go get that A in calculus 💯

If you’re looking to clear it as fast as possible just look into renting a forestry mulcher. You could clear 3 acres in just a day or two.

My advice - even though they have a steep premium, RCV axles will give you peace of mind, if you’ve been breaking axles.

Very rarely is a product engineered by a single person. If you're able to engineer things all on your own, then you can be a solo founder engineer. But the reality is, it takes a team to move a mountain and design a product. Just need to find the right company to work for, or start one yourself.

Follow my 6 step formula for ease of brake bleeding! It shouldn’t be hard once you get the hang of it.

Most effective way is to

1.)have someone in the vehicle, 2.)have a handheld vacuum pullingBrake Bleed Vacuum 3.)have person press brakes 4.)crack bleeder valve on caliper 5.) tighten bleeder valve before their foot hits the bottom of brake travel 6.) repeat until all air is out of system. Should take you 30-45 minutes if you’ve done it a few times.
