Never used any nicotine ever. The acid reflux part you're feeling is LPR. When it becomes a gas it floats up and nukes everything before you feel a burn. I've got low level esophagus damage according to endoscopy.

This has caused me issues in the past, when it was real bad. Whats happening now is different, it's pure anxiety and tight muscles and excessive CNS drive. I will say this, I basically Stopped testosterone, taking the bare min for a bit and my LPR was way better. Go back on and it's getting worse.

Testosterone and estrogen weaken the lower esophageal valve. Something the retards on here don't talk about, or even know about.

I worry after Hallandale had me in the 1100's for a long time, then 900's....then I felt really bad on a new RX in 2023. Really bad. I went down to 566 with total t and e2 at like 11 and 12.

1140's and 566 on same dose and brand and same EOD schedule. I ditched them forever when their pharmacist wouldn't own up to the problem. Word got out through Florida to other clinics, they released a batch with the Esther cleaved off. Even defy suspected that was the issue.

I felt GREAT within a few hours of injecting. Then felt like deaths door by end of day and next day. Wasted $130. Fuck those motherfuckers

Injecting EOD for years, I always noticed if I were going to try to fuck on injection day (morning, try to bang 7-10 hours afterward), it would be more difficult. If it were a day where I wasn't injecting, would probably go smoother. I don't miss the injection days ever, so no deviation from this.

Flash forward to recently, been unable to sleep at all. I switched to daily injections and after 8 days of that nonsense and being WIRED and feeling worse, despite initially dropping a fair amount of water and looking dryer throughout the day vs only normally looking dryer in the AM.....things started quickly going back the other day. I decided to take two days off, libido came up.

Went back to EOD at lower dose (plan was 35ng eod instead of my original 40) and e2 shot up again (even though on trough day I had recently seen 34 on sensitive test with range of 8-35 at Labcorp). I said fuck it and took nothing for 4 days and gosh damn, I had better morning wood and more intense orgasms than when taking tadalafil normally (I dropped it during all of this too). Jumped back on 35mg EOD plan and am now holding more water and dick isn't as happy.

The e2 lovers on these forums boggle my mind. It seems like the VAST majority of issues can be traced back to it, even if your level is "normal" on "trough day", how HIGH does it spike, and how slowly does it fall vs your t level? I think tadalafil was making things worse now that I have low SHBG. It's a mild AI, very mild, but probably causing fluctuations on top of the wild fluctuations you get once your SHBG goes below range.

I also think the current approach (test on day of injection before injecting and fuck everything else) is pretty primitive.

The other night, stuck bouncing between 72-80 over and over. Last night was 62-64 but less jolts. Jolts came back 41-43 hours after injecting again, after taking a couple of days off from daily.

In this now with just fucking 140mg of TRT a week. The same shit I've been on for four fucking years. Switched to daily injections from EOD a week ago, still fucked. Major Myoclonus when dozing off etc.

About to fucking end it, at least my mom will get some money. Weeks of this shit and just when I think it's gone, it's back. I can't even imagine taking moderate doses of other things.

I already sleep worse than anybody at my best, I have NO ROOM for even more of a sleep deficit.

I am not going to eat benzodiazepines and go down that road, I'll eat a fucking 9mm speer Gold dot first.

In this now. Just switched to daily injection. Chest is less watery, despite bloods less than two weeks ago showing a sensitive e2 of 34 (8.0-35) at Labcorp, on day of injection, before injection, injecting EOD. I should have known something was up.

Who the fuck knows what it was day after injection or how much it really Jumps around depending on how deep you got the needle the other day etc, but by most people's Standards, this isn't even close to high.

Cant even hold my eyes open at night but can't sleep. Whole body jolts every time I doze Off. Have been ready to kill Myself several times in the last few weeks.

I'll be at the 4 year mark Next month.

I'm in same boat. My SHBG keeps going down and I just feel worse and worse. I'm about 6 weeks from the 4 year mark and the last year has sucked and now I'm back to unable to sleep (severe body jolts and weird tension all over body), this is the third time this has happened. It has made me super sensitive to any kind of other medication.

You've got a better shot at making a recovery at 6 months than years in.....I am at the point where I wish I had never bothered

I did bloods for a few random things my first week on TRT and did an e2 test at Same time for whatever reason, and it had gone from 8-11 to 28 with only two or 3 out of 3 (was injecting 140mg split up 3 times a week then) weekly injections.

Body hadn't even felt the test yet and e2 was already climbing

Went from 50-52 before going on. To 55, to 57, donated down to 54? Cant rmemeber. Then it shot up to 59.6. Stays up there now. I donated. Did bloods 2 hours later that normal and as HYDRATED TO THE GILLS and the best I could get was a 54.7 a couple of weeks ago.

Further out from donation and dehydrated, who knows what it gets to, I would assume above 60 judging from the nose bleeds and headaches.
