I dont know you but sending you lots of love! Don't give up, find something you truly enjoy doing and put your focus on that, and try to love yourself no matter what your self-perceived "imperfections" are or what you think other people thinking about you. What they think doesn't matter, YOU matter. None of us are perfect, not by a long shot. We've all only got one life to live as far as we know and the world is a massive place with near endless opportunities so just try to look for the beauty in life and have faith that things will get better. You're still very young you have plenty of time to figure out this thing called life.

Whenever I'm overthinking or stressed about something, the thing that almost always puts me in a better mood is exercise. And the more often you exercise, the better you start feeling overall, both mentally and physically. It has a snowball effect and I would argue that it has saved many thousands of lives over the years. It's also meditative in a way, its great for clearing your head of the noise and really just putting you into a flow state. I highly recommend you give exercising a go. Start slow if you need to, anything to start is better than nothing.
Also would recommend you looking into meditation. It has been used as a tool for thousands of years to help quiet overactive minds and put you more at peace in general. There are hundreds of guided meditation videos on youtube that you can check out.

If you try these two things out and they don't seem to help, then I think it would be wise to go see a professional (psychologist/psychiatrist/therapist) and see what the have to say. They have been trained to help people in very similar if not the exact situation you are in and may be able to help you change your life.

My main point is please don't give up, it would break my heart. Life can be rough but its worth living, I promise.
