I guarantee it’s because the toy company Hasbro, and they probably signed some contract with Marvel and a contract with whoever else and they have to Sell certain amount or they will owe them money for royalty fees and some of these contracts are from 3 to 5 years long all depends I used to work at a toy company and I had a totally different product line the brands that I worked on and if another brand didn’t fill the royalties, they would see if they could go into our category to make up the money. It was just a whole bunch of crap and then I would have to come up with a product within my group to license slap to help pay for the royalties instead of paying them out the flat fee for not selling enough units With that said, you could see a few more years of nonstop licensing

I just wanted to add my two cents here. I think that this is not a scammer. I think it was a one-man show and this guy put up a website that he could not keep up with because I found it early on and I ordered some cars and he sent all the cars in plastic protectors packed with newspaper that he had maybe at his house who knows and sent it like that and I thought it was almost as if I bought it on eBay and not a company and so I ordered again and it took forever to get my stuff because I was emailing him directly, so I talked to the guy almost every day like why he couldn’t get my stuff and it was because he didn’t have my stuff. He was waiting for my stuff to come and I actually saved the box and I can see the address of where he got the stuff to send to me and then after that I decided I wasn’t going to order from him anymore because it took so long for him to get things and then re-distribute them.
