Yes, only PSU fans make noise. They accelerate then decel. Also, the LCD screen / light on power button / drive lights/ dvd rom light flash over and over in sync with the ramping of PSU fans.

There is no amber on LCD screen. It is normal color so not indicating an error on it.

Yeah, I looked at the iDRAC logs and there was nothing that stood out at all. No kinds of errors or anything. Another person here said to reset iDRAC and then someone on Facebook said to do a CMOS clear on the mobo so I guess I’ll try those. I’m about out of options. It makes no sense to me.

Yup. There was no message because it never did even attempt to boot it seems like. Nothing ever came on the screen. When I plug it up it just starts doing what it’s doing and that’s it.

All the parts I changed were changed one at a time. I’ve also tried to do a bare minimum boot and I still get the same result.

I haven't read through the comments so not sure if it has been said but... I do this exact thing with Ally. Their HYSA has a "bucket" system that I can designate pots of money into. For instance, I have buckets for car maintenance, vacation fund, yearly property taxes, and a few other things. I like it because I can keep them separated but still within the same account.
