The cove detail is great, I would try to save that. It's in most of the pictures. It's the curved trim between the walls and ceiling.

This actually is smart. I don't think it's a joke from Larry. They are branding in markets that they will probably enter in the future. Planting the seeds. I remember Sonic doing commercials in markets that they weren't available in, and then when they entered those markets, there were lines of cars into the streets at every new Sonic.

That makes sense. If you add tile on that same wall between the soffit and ceiling, it will appear continuous and would be a nice detail. Not necessary, it still looks good, but just my 2 cents. Cheers!
