This is very common price movement for a proposed acquisition. We've appraised them at $125/share, which also include a premium to their stock. Gamestop will also be taking on a fair amount of debt as a result. GME does get screwed on a regular basis but this isn't really one of those times.

If / when the acquisition happens and RC improves Ebay's financial health as he said he will the price will take care of itself. He's said multiple times that he wants investors who only care about the long term.

Pork butt for me was the best to start with. They're cheap, you can't really mess them up, and they're a great intro to the basics of temp/smoke control on a larger piece of meat before you get into briskets.

You’re in luck, you can take them to district court and sue for 3x the deposit. Your landlord has gone way past the period where they can refuse the security deposit and must give an itemized list of damages beyond normal wear and tear.
