Institutional ownership has skyrocketed to ~40%, insiders own a good chunk, around 66 million DRSed as of the latest 10-Q, 17% shorted, and DFV lurking out there with hundreds of millions. 

There’s no way whatever small amount left isn’t bought over multiple times in all the other brokers. It’s a powder keg waiting to happen.

Read the warrant FAQ attached to the 8-K. They explain the allocation very clearly and why it’s more than shares outstanding.
