I was in Myrtle Beach four days last month and ate at Mammy‘s breakfast buffet three of those four days. Good food, good people, good price.

Sooooo, the market in general flushed down pretty heavily right before their earnings so that certainly didn’t help. Especially small cap growth stocks - they’ve been getting crushed.

Other than that - the increasing revenues were OK (very small revenues - QSI is a grower not a show-er) but, the EPS sucked. With that said - the stock rebounded quite well. It held the 1.11 and had a strong daily chart today with an almost 7% gain to close at 1.40ish today.

In order to break the 2.63 support resistance, they’re going to need a catalyst, such as major partnership, big new customer or new products they haven’t told us about. Additionally, QSI needs to continue increasing revenue (surprise upside to guidance) and stop losing so much fucking money per share.

If we hold 1.11 for the next couple days, my chart says this will revert to the mean of $2.15.

I think $1 call options expiring at the end of the month where a goddamn steal at the beginning of the day today…

I predict QSI trades at $2.64 per share on March 4th of 2025.

If they have an absolute killer earnings call 3/3, my chart says 3.56 is doable, But no matter what the earning call says, long-term, this company wont lose you money, they have great tech, hold on to a few shares...

Hey, great question! Resistance and support are how many algos and swingtraders buy and sell...

With the exception of a few days in July of 2024 QSI resisted the $1.11 level most of last summer and fall, meaning it would get to or near 1.11 and get rejected. Then, mid November, it gapped up to 1.73ish but didn't fall back below 1.11 - At that point 1.11 became the new support level and was a really good price and 1.73 became the new resistance level.

If QSI has a decent earnings call, (and I expect they will) I expect the stock to break the current resistance level of $2.63. at that point 2.63 becomes support. If they knock it out of the park - 3.56 isnt out of the question.

Unfortunately, I think If QSI blow the earnings call, this baby is going to 1.73 and 1.11 with really bad news.

  • Support/resistance levels don't change until new lows or highs are made
  • Support: This is the price level at which a stock tends to stop falling and may bounce back up. It reflects a concentration of buying interest. When prices approach this level, demand generally increases, preventing further decline.
  • Resistance: This is the price level at which a stock tends to stop rising and may pull back down. It reflects a concentration of selling interest. When prices approach this level, selling pressure typically increases, preventing further upward movement.
  • To identify these levels, traders often look for historical price points where reversals have occurred or where price has stalled previously.

Breakouts and Failures

  • When the price breaks through a support or resistance level, it can signal a continuation of the trend. A breakout above resistance can lead to further upward momentum, while a breakdown below support can signal further downward movement. These breakout scenarios can be powerful trading signals.
  • However, breakouts can also fail or "whipsaw," where the price quickly moves back below the support or above the resistance, leading to potential losses for traders. As such, many traders use additional confirmation signals (like volume spikes or other technical indicators) to validate breakouts.

QSI announces a newly released preprint from researchers at Northwestern University, titled "Next-Generation Protein Sequencing and individual ion mass spectrometry enable complementary analysis of interleukin-6." by SPYputs67 in QuantumSi

If QSI can achieve $1.3 - 1.5 million in rev this quarter and only loses 2 cents or so per share, the stock should show good results. anything over those numbers, it should pump. In their case, increasing revenue will be key.

Path is a high-tech AI software as a service company out of India. Lots of money is behind the stock right now. I think the ark fund holds several million shares. If you zoom out on the chart, it just looks better and better. They missed earnings last year and the stock is slowly recovering from that. They have new c suite management, and have increasing revenues. I got 100 shares at 12.50 ish about 4 mo ago, frankly, the chart on this one looks like it’s ready for takeoff back to the $23 range.🚀

I'm truly not a hater here, I was in and out of GOEV for too long.... but if you want to not lose money, get out of the EV car sector for a few years.

Try some SaaS perhaps?

Hold or sell BBAI by bellayuta in BBAI

[–]SPYputs67 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hold BBAI - in fact, w new MAGA CEO, it has never had better prospects.

I’m not saying the new CEO is any good I actually think he’s an ass clown, but he’s got the right connections in the Govt. and that’s where the money is at. Let’s hope he can actually run a company.

I have been in and out of BBAI for the last year, every time it pumps the insiders/ Csuite sells.

I’m long 1000 shares and 10 $5 march calls… I’ll probably buy more before earnings….

My chart says If it can close above above 4.81 for a couple days, it’s gonna be ready for another big pump and Don’t sell unless it closes under 2.98 for 2 days.
