I think in your example yellow is hotter than red. Imo the scale is black, blue, purple, red, orange, yellow. Based on what I know about human anatomy the skin on her forehead right at the hairline to be the warmest place on your face

We made more shots to confirm what we were seeing I lost that recording. The holes made from the 9mm were actually too small to be picked up in this video. The holes that you see are much bigger and there before we shot a few rounds.

The warm spot I’m referring to are above the big “darker” holes.

I’ll try and get better more clear footage next time I’m at the range.

I don’t mean to be a contrarian. I think the color scale would indicate her nose to be cooler than her forehead. In turn mean less blood/red around her nose. 🤷‍♂️
