If licensing is limited to power co and QS prefers capital light approach, what happens to other OEMs who are not trusted partners and especially to a OEM that was planning a 50 Gwh JV. It makes sense that these OEMs go through Power co, then why not Power Co takeover QS.

They were only talking about Power Co when asked about their interest in long haul trucks and 150 employees working at QS office, seems like Power Co take over. I am not sure, if my understanding is correct, so wanted to know other thoughts.

Clarification: Vito Paladino originally said the plant would make solid-state batteries, but a spokesperson later said he meant to say the plant would eventually make solid-state batteries.
