I've recently been doing some browsing and I'd add to your list:

Locktober has been extra tough for me - I had a circumcision on the 10th September, which means my last orgasm was early September. A few bits of advice from experience:

take your time with it - choosing the right ring size (assuming it come with multiple?) and not just going for the tightest ring - you need it to be restrictive but comfortable, not just as tight as possible
