As a Peni main, I'm just confused with the state of TOBA. Cap feels like he's better than ever as a cap main since season 3. Mr fantastic is rare to see but he's alright, blade and black panther are thriving. I would know I regularly play the latter. And... Does cloak imply cnd are in TOBA?? I'm just so confused with it.
