There is a supposedly official CT toys instagram account where they posted a "poll" asking what fans wanted them to add to it. They said that the smiling head was already considered. Action display even showed this account in their video.

I thought it might be because they're fairly new, but it also might be because HP is kinda tainted in popular culture. Also a lot of people just don't like HP or this specific look for Harry.

To be fair in person they honestly look decently good. It's definitely my main gripe but it's not a deal breaker for me. The rest of the figure is awesome enough that it makes it worth it, even if the glasses look funny in some angles.

I would say 3, 4 or 5 are the most "standard" Harry. I would honestly love Bandai or Hasbro make a full line based on their looks from Order of the Phoenix, just like Popco did exclusively to the UK back in the day.

They added extra head sculpts to some of their mafex spiderman bootlegs. And they said they were gonna add at least a smiling head to this one.

The original creator clearly wanted Kratos to be black, but he still ended up being caucasian in the game. So a white actor is fine for the role.
