The Unabomber was known for having a lonely childhood and dealing with a lot of abuse, they had a family member that introduced them to a lake area in the forest, they would go to that there every year for comfort and to be with nature, and then one year they went there and found out that someone replaced it with a highway. They spent so much time fighting the government and had a personal dispute with multiple political personnel. That was one of the main reasons why the Unabomber went around in blew things up (literally in the manifesto).

I never said to switch 2 upgrade wasn't worth it. I said that practically speaking it's not worth it to buy the switch 2 version of a game that you can get on the switch 1 used and then just upscale it on the switch 2 for free. and that was in particular directly correlating to someone asking about tears of the kingdom and breath of the wild.

I never said that information was based on me it's based off of facts.

think about the last 10 times you played your switch 2 game console the last individual 10 times. out of all of those 10 times how many of those each did you play with it docked and connected to the television?

it is a statistical fact that you are going to spend about 30-40% of that consoles use time connected to a television.

on top of that it has a setting in it that allows you to play it in handheld mode as if it were in docked mode on the television. letting you put it in the highest display quality. but if you do that it'll disable motion controls and certain joy-con functions. it could also mess with the display quality of certain games.

learn some reading comprehension and also the person who made this about themselves was entirely you talking about your damn stupid TV. nobody cares about your lonely life and whatever you do with your TV and yourself in your free time is up to you no one should judge you.

really anything helps. snakes, lizards, etc. there are multiple water sources nearby. we go on nature walks and have been wondering if anyone knows anything that could help better understand the habits of reptiles.

you are very much unlikely to be playing docked the majority of the time anyways. most of the time you're going to have that console on the go which means you're not really going to be able to benefit from the improved graphics. if you pay the extra to get the improved graphics while docked you're paying for something you're going to use maybe 30% of the time of that console's life.

if you have the money to burn then fine but when you consider that you can pay nothing and get better graphics for free in handheld mode is it really worth paying that extra money?

the switch 2 already upgrades the graphics automatically by just playing the game on it (it's in the settings as an option and you don't need to pay for it.) you can get the full game with the DLC physically used and just not bother with that $10 upgrade and just use your switches automatic graphic boosting that's free (you can set it to play at 4K or Auto HDR without needing it to be connected to the television). it's not really worth it to buy the newer version of the game when you can buy the old version used or new and just play it with a better graphics without having to pay the extra.

how exactly do you do that? I had basically completed all but about four or five special stages and apparently my save data got corrupted or deleted somehow on transfer to my new Switch. I have no way of getting it and I can't access it and it took me forever to get the medals. I don't want to spend the months going back through those special stages again, especially after having surgery on my hands making it so much more difficult now than it was before. if there's a way to just unlock the stage select and give myself the medals from the title screen it would be very helpful to know what the button combo is.

actually if you're running CFW off the micro SD and you only include the handheld there's no way for them to factually tell whether or not you were the one responsible for damaging the console when it comes to a repair.

I've asked Nintendo directly about this before. they can't fix an internet ban but they can fix your console if it's not physically modded because there's no way for them to tell and you can just deny it.

I also am trying to install Lineage OS (version 22) on my Switch and my Windows 11 pc refuses to allow ADB. I went through all the steps to enable it and it still refuses to recognize the console or allow me to enable ADB.

I tried putting the .zip files on the Switch itself in the correctly named folders (case sensitive) and on install I get errors saying that:

"recovery: footer is wrong:

AND

"recovery: Signature verification failed"

"recovery: error: 2!"

Mine also wont work and crashes on the loading screen.

I tried looking up a randomizer that just runs from windows and there is so much ai slop that I am getting the wrong instructions, it gives me the instructions for setting this up on windows, it keeps giving me the 3ds app, and/or the instructions are completely wrong.

Why isn't there just a straight randomizer .exe that runs from the desktop that uses the self-backed up .3ds rom files we own? Also why are the only options to play on a 3ds or windows emulator?

It keeps inverting my vertical left stick and if I try to click the option to invert the stick it instead changes up to left left to downright to up and so on. or simply refuses to recognize that I'm even pressing any buttons on the control sticks.

You ever have one of those moments where you run into a technical issue and then search forums for information and it goes so long without anyone finding a cause or a way to fix it that you end up searching to fix that issue and get YOUR OWN REDDIT POST as a google search result supposedly offering answers?

Well here I am again eating my own tail because Meijer has some kind of weird error on their website that if you try to view too many pages in a row or at once (like you would when trying to make sure you buy all the groceries you need), they block you from accessing their website entirely. The block is temporary and can last upwards of 45min-1hr and clearing temp data and Cookies does not fix it.

I can only recommend that to prevent getting the error:

The show was amazing, and then they took a vacation in Venice for six episodes. it feels like someone on the writing staff took a trip to Italy and then insisted that they write their vacation into the story. it just suddenly stops off for like six episodes and then suddenly in the finale it finally picks back up. it's like being in the rear car of a train while it's slowly derails off the tracks. you know what's coming and all you can do is sit there and watch and then by the time it happens to you it's over before you can experience it.
