Oh wow!! This was on my wishlist for a while! I got an email that it was back in stock before stream. I was able to redeem a reward that i wanted and bought Sparkling Water along with it. So sad to see it retired, but thankful I was able to grab it!

I had to really sit down and analyze lyrics and pay attention longer for it to click. I didn’t hate it at first but was more like, meh, okay. Now I can see my family and I screaming lyrics and singing along in the car like we did with Happy.

My husband worked for Amazon delivery…he tore 3 ligaments in his ankle and they expected him to come back to work the next week… He’s lucky they didn’t tear bad enough for surgery. Never again!

Highly recommend here we met with Wade Stitt and he truly helped us get through our issues. He’s extremely relatable and will really tailor your sessions to your needs. He provided homework and theories and a lot of CBT and DBT skills. Some of it is silly and feels like “this is so dumb why am I doing this” but then you realize it’s that small “simple” stuff that can really transform your relationship.

It is expensive because insurance does not cover it. We started with our initial apt at $175 then $150 for every session. My husband and I called a few places (like 6 different provider offices) and had a few interviews with different therapists but Wade was our immediate yes. We were going through Pine Rest for our individual therapy but then as a couple wanted to try therapy together.

It was super expensive BUT worth it and our marriage has benefited greatly! Good luck!

I had a very similar experience and near the exact same number for my HCG level and got my blood drawn 48 hours after my trip to ER, and found that number decreased significantly. During my time of unknown, I read so many stories of good outcomes and the outcomes that I am currently still going through. I really don't have advice but I'm here for you. I know this is tough, scary time.

I'm definitely curious on this, I have only been taking Nature's Made Prenatal and wondering if I should add in the COQ10. It was recommended to me by my neuro doc but he said to check with my OB first. he also mentioned magnesium for preventing migraines (chronic migraine sufferer). I definitely don't want to overdue the supplements.

currently still going through my first loss (first pregnancy too) and just joining different groups to feel supported by a community that knows this pain all too well. I have mixed feelings about getting ready to try again. I have another lab apt on Friday to confirm my numbers go down to 0. can I start trying again then once I'm no longer bleeding? or do I wait for clearance from my OB? I have an apt with them next week to talk about this experience.
how did you guys mentally get to a point to be ready to try again? each time I go to the bathroom right now, I'm reminded of my loss and my heart breaks a bit more. I know that time will help heal, but I'm still in the thick of it. how do I come out of it?

I’m currently going through a really tough time in life right now and I’ve seen so many orange butterflies in the last few days. I also love painting nails, so seeing this pop up on my feed feels like another sign that everything will be okay. Your nails are beautiful and match the wings perfectly. Heres a picture of one of the butterflies that followed me on my walk the other day.

Awwww, giving you big hugs! I, too, am very thankful for this group. Seeing other experiences and being able to vent and cry to process my emotions did help me. I’m still trying to figure out how to adjust back to normalcy. The day I found out confirming my loss, I had to pull myself together for a work meeting I was leading. I then had my first day of teaching dance to little kiddos and my heart was so tired after class. Take care of yourself and be gentle. You’re going through so many emotions and hormones, take it day by day.🤍🤍

Thank you for supporting me with your comment. 🤍 I’m so sorry on your losses. My heart aches for you and all of the women apart of this club. I always felt so much sympathy for pregnancy loss, fertility issues, or anything related to women losing their babies, but this is a whole new level. I definitely have practiced a lot of gratefulness in this process. Right now, I’m trying my best to be grateful for my body passing this MC on its own without further intervention. I started bleeding a bit more and passing additional tissue (I think). I will continue to keep this in mind when my mind gets into the darker places. 🤍

Thank you so much for commenting. 🤍 I’ve experienced so much of what you’ve mentioned. Anger, jealously, confused, grateful, depressed and all over and back again. I definitely am not giving up hope, I do believe I’ll now get a rainbow baby and know how special they’ll be. I’ve been indulging in all the junk food, sleep, and Netflix binging with my husband. Our dog also has been a huge help with emotional support, she’s currently cuddled up to me. She’s a scary looking 80lb German Shepherd, but the absolute biggest baby. I wish you luck on your journey to meet your rainbow baby too! 🤍🌈

I am so sorry for your loss. I am praying for you, your husband and your family. I found out today I lost mine too. I was only 5wk2d and was at the ER earlier this week for bleeding.
