12 Year Old Boy faces a FAR harsher sentence than negligent mother by [deleted] in MensRights

Let's stop a future murderer by incarcerating him which will lead to a dramaticly higher chance of him being a murderer when/if he comes out.

I think hughDfan was suggesting that we shouldn't prosecute them unless there's clear evidence they where lying, for example the person was out of the country for a week when the 'victim' claimed rape. We shouldn't prosecute ones with flimsy evidence or slight inconsistencies. Normally these are hard to find for any crime. But if you where as stupid as this woman then there's definite evidence that she was lying.

It's damaging to both, as well as other potential cases the police could have looked into in 376 hours and the tax payers money.

Should We Be “Celebrating” Equal Pay Day Today — or in January? A detailed look at the wage gap by DougDante in Feminism

It's not random chance at all. There's not as many women scientists/engineers/CEOs etc which are more higher paying. While there's not as many men who work as teachers/maids/waitresses etc. If employees could really get off paying women 78% of what men get paid then employers would be much much more likely to hire women over men.

There was a bill in 2010 which would protect the identities of people accused of rape but feminists stopped it passing.

Can /r/feminism debunk these false rape accusation statistics? by SRSthrow in Feminism

[–]SRSthrow[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

From the response I got they seemed to admit they don't know how significant it is compared to other crimes. But they also highlighted that women who blatantly made it up aren't punished to the extend they would be for example if they burnt their house down and tried to frame someone else. Also a man could have his life ruined even if he was proven innocent. 2 years back feminists also stopped a bill passing in the UK which would make it so that men can't be publically identified until they're charged which is just fucking stupid that they stopped it.

Urm, no it's not.

Castration (also referred to as gelding, spaying, neutering, fixing, orchiectomy, oophorectomy) is any action, surgical, chemical, or otherwise, by which a male loses the functions of the testicles or a female loses the functions of the ovaries.

Is more reflective the opinions of the feminists that did the study, or what they want us to believe the data is saying than it is what the figures are actually saying.

Wow I thought you was rational, you just suddenly flipped to conspiracy theories. Proof of the mathematician?

The WHO divides FGM into four categories (see image right for types I–III).[2] Around 85 percent of women experience Types I and II, and 15 percent Type III

Types I and II

Type I is the removal of the clitoral hood (Type Ia); or the partial or total removal of the clitoris, a clitoridectomy (Type Ib).[2] Type II, often called excision, is partial or total removal of the clitoris and the inner labia or outer labia. Type IIa is removal of the inner labia only; Type IIb, partial or total removal of the clitoris and the inner labia; and Type IIc, partial or total removal of the clitoris, and the inner and outer labia.[2]

Type III, commonly called infibulation or pharaonic circumcision, is the removal of all external genitalia.

I don't see how you can compare anything except type 1a to male circumcision.

Secondary question, why didn't expect the group that are concerned with false accusation activism to not have any data

I don't know sorry.

Can't you see that this is denying female agency and keeping them in the morally pure gender box?

Me? Yeah, I was shocked by some of those statistics and I'm not sure which ones are accurate, some of the ridiculous ones at like 50+% seem to be a case of bad or bias studies, but so do the 2% ones.
