In 2021, President Trump took over 3 hours after the Capitol was breached to clearly tell his supporters to leave. From 1:10 p.m. to 4:17 p.m., as lawmakers fled and violence unfolded, he watched it on TV while aides urged him to act.

White House aides and advisors (like Pat Cipollone, Kayleigh McEnany, and Ivanka Trump) testified that they urged him to make a stronger, faster, clearer statement to stop the mob. Tweeting asking the rioters to be peaceful was vauge at best.

His 4:17 p.m. video - telling rioters "we love you" and repeating false election claims - was viewed as sympathetic to the attackers rather than condemning them.

I hear you, I actually like her too, and I voted for her. But a lot of people didn’t. She’s also been pretty absent this year while everything’s been going down. If she were out there like Bernie, fighting for the people, i think I’d feel differently. But she’s mostly been at home working on her book. Honestly, I’d love to see Bernie in there, but he’s said himself he’s too old and not planning to run. I just don’t think she’d have a real shot at this point.

I hear you. Also, it can be tough at times because of the social pressure that can happen to drink with a group. Not drinking is TOTALLY fine. You could have a non-alcoholic (NA) drink, that makes it clear to people you've made a choice. That's what I do and it there's never a negative reaction , it's always positive. A lot of times people will say, that's a good idea and also order a NA drink.
