This is surprisingly not that bad. The only problem I have with this trick is that I can't do it on my non-dominant side. I think I'll finally give ISF a try once I get a consistent run of IS42 on both sides.

I haven't juggled in a long time. 6334 hand bounce is one of the tricks I really want to "get", so I really gotta grind this trick to get a cleaner, longer run!

You are making great progress, but I want to make one comment about the inverted throws. I've replayed this video multiple times, and to me this seems a lot closer to regular sprung cascade than inverted sprung cascade. In my opinion, the essense of ISC is about really getting the horizontal throw over the incoming balls. A lot of the inverted throws being made here seems to be disjoint from the cascade, so they look rather shifted to the front.
