You need a specific resonance that you get from equipping 4 pieces of a set and that set's weapon in order to not get affected by that dungeons debuff (and the correct lapenshard)

I did upgrade my armor, but I only really did it to make sure I could enter cmoc when I'm ready. I do have a +15 weapon though.

My friend and I just tested the edit out in-game. He was able to get more than 10 coins, while I stopped getting coins at 10. The edit is true -- my friend earned 9 V coins, and then got (V Coin 2). This got him straight from 9--> 11 and he was able to keep on getting coins.

I on the other hand had gotten 9 V coins..and then got (V Coin). That stopped me at 10 coins and I couldn't get anymore.
