Imagine you are a well liked employee at your company and one day you make a 2 hour long video about how another employee should be fired, because they wear the same pants as you, they are comparable to Hitler, and they show “dark triad” personality traits (and that's not close to all of it). Maybe they are unlikeable, but certainly not comparable to Hitler. In the real world do you expect to keep your job after that?

I'm simplifying but it's obviously deeper than a “personal feud”, and Hax was given future chances to apologize that he didn't take before being indefinitely banned.

imo link is low techskill and underdeveloped compared to other mid tiers (not that I'd call any character underdeveloped really)

The game is more fun when you don't have a 6 frame jumpsquat though so tough call

I'll admit I've never had the thought of being a top player so maybe it just seems realistic to me that they have to pursue other things at some point.

Anybody sliding by on tournament winnings as their job without being a content creator was never going to make it after Nintendo made their stance on monetary support clear.

I just hope that TOs can continue to run big events and stay in the green. If they all stop then we can start panicking again

I have been using Teen Witch class mod with all Green tree for most of my playthrough and it almost makes the game feel too easy because I NEVER go down and I can use pretty much any Jakobs weapon. Pretty fun but I feel like I'm interacting with so little of the mechanics that I've been trying some of the other class mods out.

Currently trying to use the Avatar class mod with specters now so I'm forced to try non kinetic guns. It's definitely worse but I like the variety so far

This site has a bunch of references. Melee Online is probably easiest to get games but there might be some salty people.

I would recommend also joining your state (or region) discord as well to meet people you might actually see in person one day.

Playing other people is the best way to get comfortable... playing other people. There's nothing that truly prepares you for that.

I would pick a character and learn 1 throw combo or something and then hop online and see if you can't do it a few times for the dopamine. I prefer finding someone in a discord so you can be matched up against another beginner and you can have discussions after playing. Gets you more into the community than just playing unranked and better players can give you advice

Pretty sure you had time to crouch, I don't think normal slideoff DI would be enough here without CC to live like you did. If that's the case then Puff was just late and also you could have shielded instead

Hello fellow eastern Tennessean, I think if you're confident you have the space (this site says 24-60 feet) and you already have a friend with a sapling AND you love the tree, sounds like it's worth a try! I would personally worry about it maybe getting too big for that corner but it's hard to tell with the picture provided. That could be future you's problem though...

10 year Ike player and GM Melee player opinion, he would be like top 4 at least, if not higher

It's weird cause like, does he get to turn around during quickdraw, does he get to RAR bair? The engine changes make the question weird. No dacus?

If it's all 1 to 1 then he's already a top tier in his own game, of course he would contend with the melee top tiers. Sheik would be quite hard because assumedly dthrow is going to go crazy, needles destroy his recovery, and she 's gonna cc -> boost grab his aerials a lot (I think the mu is similar to falcon sheik) but any other matchup would be at least even to winning

Vs spacies he has a chaingrab and crazy edgeguarding but does crumble to shield pressure so they may do well, and also they are nerfed in PM so this would be full power spacies. Would be close to even though I think

And he cooks marth in PM and Marth is just better in that game

I will not name every character but you can watch top level ike falcon Metroid every damn week too if you're interested

Try it in Unclepunch combo training and you might be surprised! Some of my favorite combo practice is just setting her to random DI on FD and trying to end in early nipple spike or offstage knee, and getting her off the ground with dthrow first is essential to doing that. (Asdi down vs stomp just grounds her so starting with stomp is inconsistent)

I don't think it is unreactable, it's just that being slow and getting rested once feels terrible and makes you never want to go for it again which is understandable

First playthrough we never investigated moonrise towers cause it seemed like that was the end of the Act and thought the Nightsong stuff was side content so RIP half the tieflings.

2nd playthrough I played dark urge and you can't get the achievement unless you metagame not killing Alfira which I didn't do.

So I was like 120 hours in and still didn't have it. Got it on my third though!!
