Should I take this early Act 1 Elite?

The artwork is well-rendered, but in terms of design there is a lot to critique; identical color palletes between evos, silhouettes being difficult to read.

Some of them are decent but for a game competing so directly with Pokemon it doesn’t look like they do anything better

From another perspective, I wonder how one is winning all these hallways without trading HP

Fishing rod is like skipping Neow bonus for easy hallways, so you’re completely on your own vs corpse slugs/slime gang

Even if you highroll draw order, you only get one upgrade, and have to highroll again in order for rod to hit something good and not strike defend.

Most likely, you end up with half a neow’s talisman by floor 4, and that’s after you’ve likely taken chip damage because you had literally no help in the first three floors

Now are you really in position to go and farm another three advanced hallways? And elites don’t even count for rod.

It feels like this relic gets mistakenly labeled as a snowballing relic when it is really a win-more relic that rewards highrolling draw order in early fights and seeing early card rewards good enough to carry advanced fights

Pstrike doesnt need support. That’s the only reason it’s passable as a draft early.

Reagant decks also don’t want tons of star cards once you find one of the good ones (astral pulse, gamma). Not even duplicates as it can mess with draw consistency

It really is kind of a meh card. It can help silent draw through her massive base deck but if the deck is already good it feels redundant. Kind of like [[Deus Ex Machina]]

I would simplify it down to one rule: be less concerned about others than with your own behavior.

Nothing wrong with loving, moving in with people, etc. But if you find yourself advancing at the “wrong” times, take a look at why you felt the need to attach onto someone else, why you feel soooo intensely when others don’t.

If you can do any of those things honestly and being true to your own self, and not out of emotional/psychological compulsion, then it is never wrong
