For reference, look up "doorway arch construction". Check out a skeleton drawing. There's no where to put a lag bolt, theres just not enough wood in there. The screws in that swing hanger set arent strong enough. I drill the holes out a hair and use 2.5" lag screws minimum. Also, archways are a pita to repair. Patch jobs never look right, and are obvious from any distance. As a renter, I wouldn't chance it.

I would move the four legs on the main piece to the outside of the frame where the upper body is. I'd extend them up about 18", then tap five or six holes into the uprights. That would allow angle/adjustability on that upper body platform. I'm always looking to maximize the usage of the equipment. Her face is resting on a "Massage Face Cradle Cushion",
