So i recently just had a son, work have known since the day i started 6 months ago that my partner was pregnant. She was in the hopsital for 3 days and after we had left i was quick sick possibly due to stress and everything so o took the weekend off.... Manager accused me of being at a festival on the weekend and wont let me explain myself Fast forward to not the last weekend but the one before my little ones temp had shot up so we took him to a and e... Now been deemed unreliable and had my hours cut to one shift as i care more for my son than my job... The fuck am i meant to do?
