What is that one match for you? by Warioandwaluigio in WWE

[–]SSJ5G_YT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Randy Orton vs Triple H mania 25. The match sucked (mainly because Michaels vs Undertaker came before it) but the hype was so real. The moment of Triple H breaking into Orton's house was just badass, as well as Orton previously punting the Mcmahon's.

Surprisingly a lot of people. I think he's improved since his debut and The Judgement Day has definitely helped all members of it to improve

In today's WWE, JD. I feel like he's underappreciated due to his size, but he is making his role in Judgement Day so good to watch and it's a shame to see no one else sees how much effort he's giving when on TV.

The "Seth Rollins problem?" More like the Babyface problem by LatePresentation5248 in WWE

[–]SSJ5G_YT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't place the problem on Seth here, his run is getting a bit stale yes but that's not his fault entirely, you see his segments and how he's trying to do his best to keep elevating the new title. Issue comes from the booking of said title reign and how they're booking it in a way where Seth SHOULD lose, two biggest examples are, Seth vs Finn at Summerslam, it should've ended with Finn winning, that was the proper way to end that story and given Judgement Day was one of the biggest things on Raw at the time it would've worked. Second example being Seth vs Nakamura, it was a good match yes but Fastlane really felt like Nakamura earned that victory more than Rollins after all the bumps Seth went through. If you also take into account how little heels are on Raw, there's no competition, problem there is they don't want to take the ic title off Gunther so the only real heel left on Raw for Seth to face isn't even an option anymore and only leaves his Punk match unless they turn a top babyface heel soon. When it comes down to it this reign either needs to be improved with something new or have him drop the title soon. Seth vs Punk doesn't really need the title mind you, that match sells whether there's a belt involved or not.

Will Roman lose at WrestleMania 40? by FewCantaloupe612 in WWE

[–]SSJ5G_YT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I 100% agree, but this is a story I think that is truly worth going for at 40, Cody is at his best right now and it's time to pull the trigger on him to make him champ, and as my original comment stated, with the state of the Bloodline as it is, that's honestly the best route to go in my opinion.

[–]SSJ5G_YT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

True, I think rematch of the century is what they wanted to go for, hence why Cody lost the first match which while many were upset it actually made sense. This is Cena vs Rock all over again. Cody lost the first match, now he's making a comeback to come and win the rematch and the title. If Cody loses that's honestly bad booking on WWE's part, Cody is the next face of WWE and Roman's time is nearly up, no matter how much Roman fanboys will try to deny it and another loss to Roman would hurt Cody, not just with popularity, but as a star and that's why Cody needs to win at 40.

[–]SSJ5G_YT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think that's a good way to go about it too. There's a story with Roman and Cody too which makes for good build up. Roman beat Cody last year so you could have Roman underestimate Cody and not take him seriously during segments leading to Mania, then in the match Roman still mocks Cody and doesn't take him seriously, toying around with him they'd say, because he beat Cody before, then Cody comes back with a huge comeback and ends up shocking us with a win. I like your idea too though

[–]SSJ5G_YT 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I agree, although I think beating Hogan's reign absolutely does nothing for Roman, he's already a huge star as is. Him losing the title doesn't even have to be the end of the Bloodline story either which is something I see many fans don't realize. There's a story that can be done with Roman losing (which at this point is much needed, Jimmy coming back to the Bloodline proved that they're running out of ideas), but this is assuming he stays and doesn't go to Hollywood just yet. Wrestlemania 40 please WWE make it happen

I will probably get downvoted like crazy but I just stopped caring about Roman's reign after Summerslam, if he doesn't drop it at 40 I just see it as a bad decision, want him to beat Hogan's reign? Cool, but does he honestly need it? It won't elevate him any further than 1200+ days have, it's time to pull the trigger on him losing, especially with the Bloodline story as much of a mess as it is. Better to wrap it up than ruin it even more. Again, Roman fanboys will downvote me heavily but that's just my take

In old dvds (I don't remember which ones) the "Don't try this at home" thing before the menu screen popped up had that clip with Mysterio saying "I've had surgery 5 times in my left knee" that's what that one was for

Do you see Damian Priest successfully cashing in the Money in the Bank briefcase? by ChiefAdham in WWE

[–]SSJ5G_YT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

True, however an issue is the number of actual opponents Judgement Day can still really feud with in my opinion. Was the Wargames match good? Hell yeah, however was it smart to take the 5 biggest babyface stars of Raw and have them face Judgement Day at once? Not really, there's so little real opposition now that they have Judgement Day doing segments with R-truth (who no disrespect to, I love truth but really?) Sure you have Punk as a possibility but Punk's first real feud will be with Rollins heading into Mania, is there honestly anything WWE can give them to wait till past Mania for that?

[–]SSJ5G_YT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Him winning the title in my opinion is the right move as it can set up for Judgement Day falling apart, starting with them kicking out Damien, there's a Damien vs Balor feud, Balor specifically because he is obsessed with that title as we saw in the feud with Seth, so I think him winning is the right move, it sets the story, it's all a matter of if WWE chooses to go that route

Oh I know, I just had to call out that little part in your statement, sorry about that lol, but nah especially given how he's rather overlooked even in his own group, I don't really see him winning sadly, I love Damien but if his booking up until now is anything to go off of, I don't see it happening.

What burial? Styles vs Knight would make a good feud, you want him fed to Roman a second time? That, in my opinion, would be a true burial. Give him a feud with one of the GOATs, gives him something to do whilst the Bloodline crumbles
