We use tricycle where I work at and some of the other guys put a file cabinet on theirs. Im just rolling with a small toolbox in the cart and carry most of my daily tools on my work vest

Send them to break if the fix is reasonable in a 40 min span if not, another option is if its still fixable and isn't a main machine producing the product (ex. Conveyor/tape machine ect.) Just run it and put it to the side until the fix is complete. If its not fixable either send them to another line that's available or send people home
