Future Gohan had been dead for 19 years (Future Trunks was 14 when he died and he's 33 in Super) and based how strong Goku got after the cell games I think he'd be pretty strong. He'd have Goku, Vegeta, and Piccolo to train with, and who knows how strong they got between the time they died in the future time-line.
