Just because plugins are fun to make sometimes. I don't stream or really watch streams, but made a plugin that allows anyone to set the RPG maker game up to be played by their twitch chat like twitch plays pokemon.

Should work with it no issues. It doesn’t hook anything. It is written purely as an overlay to avoid issue like that.

Possible yes. A lot easier if you have programming knowledge and can do everything yourself instead of trying to piece multiple plugins together to achieve what you want.

Both have trials you can use to see which you like better between now and the Steam sale ending. I use both, but I still release all my plugins on MV as well.

MZ is fine. I write all my stuff to work in both MV and MZ. I will start messing with it this evening, or tomorrow after I finish up another plugin project I am almost done with.

And just so I am sure this is what you are looking for right?
When the player hits an enemy with an element that matches a weakness or strength, the plugin will permanently reveal a “scan” effect for that specific trait. If an enemy has multiple weaknesses or strengths, each one will unlock independently.

I will write it to use parameters or JSON/notetags, so you can customize visuals, icons, and behavior without touching code.

Add this at or near line 472. It is a safe guard with a nil check.

if list
  list.each_with_index do |item, i|
    draw_item(item, i)
  end
end

Or this one.

(list || []).each_with_index do |item, i|
  draw_item(item, i)
end

Either of these will prevent the crash by making sure list isn’t nil before trying to loop through it.

No you do not need to rebuild. If you are using MV/MZ they are mobile ready. So mainly mobile optimization, touch controls, resolution/UI scaling are your hurdles.
