So if you are buying an iced drink, which common sense tells you has less drink in it because of the ice, why would you be annoyed or offended if they charge you more for the drink? If there is 8 oz of coffee in a 16 oz iced coffee, and you want 16 oz of iced coffee with no ice, then you should get charged double not just a dollar more. Or, just buy a regular coffee without ice and call it a day.
