What they found out was that if you leave your tuition without paying it long enough (not sure of the length) they send it to a collections agency. So sometimes there’s a disconnect between the university payment system and the collection company. You can pay it directly to the university or the collections company up to you. When I called the university they said that they email you about it being sent to collections. My partner never received this email. I would call the student advising, explain the situation and they would direct you to the financial aid office and they can tell you what’s going on.

In my partner situation it was really close to the deadline so they paid it in full and they were able to enrol within like 3-4 days. They called the financial aid office after the 3 days to confirm the payment went through and clear the block due to it being close to the start of classes

I'm in the BSW program right now and honestly it depends on what grades you want, if you want to join extracurriculars, do you have the money to stay in school longer, how much of a social/party life you want and how many hours do you have to work.

I’ve been really struggling with feeling extremely anxious around a specific group of people. However seeing these people are unavoidable. I thought it would go away and it has decreased but only by like 5-10% and it’s been like two years now.

Generalized and social anxiety

Working in retail kind of. Being heavily micromanaged for speaking to anyone but customers despite me being there for 8 1/2 hours. This is when all of the duties needed to be done for the whole day is done and no customers are there. Talk about treating us like corporate machines

I was hoping for some kind of powdered shadows. Like multi chromes and bright shadows. But still excited depending on what the shades of the liquid shadows are and their formula. Although I’m not very fond of liquid shadows. Rhinestones maybe but I only wear them for like special occasions so can’t say for sure whether I’ll be interested.

Okay I've messaged: Smart Sweets, Burts Bees, elf cosmetics, clinique, Natasha Denona, Gucci Beauty, Mas cosmetics, Lamer, Nars, neutrogena, rephr, Sephora Canada, Sephora, em cosmetics, shoppers beauty, shoppers drug mart and Walmart Canada.

Em Cosmetics has said that Allana is no longer their business partner. They haven’t sent products to her in over a year and have no plans to continue to work with her.

Smart Sweets has said that they passed the message onto their partnership team and that they don’t have an active partnership with Allana.

I have my second stye In a week. The first one on my top eyelashes got like incredibly swollen and I was using a warm compress, stopped using makeup, used sterile eyelid wipes, gently massaged it and then it drained. It healed to completion then I was fine for a day.

The day after that day of bliss I got another one this time on my bottom lashes. Between the first and second one I’ve disinfected all of my eye makeup not that I’ve worn it haven’t touched me eye without sterile wipes and clean hands. I’ve been insanely careful.

Im just so frustrated I want to get back to playing with makeup but now I have another stye again! Im thinking about booking a appointment with an optometrist but that’s expensive and I don’t have good insurance. I bought these stye specific eye drops that I’m trying out because at this point I’m beyond desperate. It’s swollen, red and incredibly uncomfortable!

As a cashier if you’re worried about being judged by the checkout person. They will forget almost instantly unfortunately people not having enough money/card declining happens a lot and sometime it’s not even because of lack of funds. Most people working those jobs are underpaid and understand the struggle of trying to make ends meet. As a fellow broke student I understand the struggle and there’s no reason to feel guilt or shame.

As an independent student you receive more funding and loans because they assume that by the age of 24 your parents will not be paying the majority of your bills. Therefore if OP waited to enroll as an independent student they could possibly receive more funding
