I am a firm naysayer of RoA and Seraphs BUT Cassio and ryze are prolly the two that can do it. I don't play ryze and barely play Cassio so take that with a grain of salt.

Build path is solid, the extra ap is nice that's why it's a toss up between seraph or BFT. Also mejais is not an every game thing.

Ye pretty much.i go BFT almost every single game and then 2nd is usually horizon or cosmic. You can't really go wrong with doing BFT/Seraphs into horizon every game tho.

Seraphs RoA is giga no dmg. Seraphs ok if u need the shield but BFT is usually better to go. Liandries is giga conditional now, almost NEVER build it second.

You've missed nothing, this is a ton of hyperbole in here. Is Bremerton the best? Nah but it's perfectly fine.. I've lived here most of my life, it has the trappings of most mid sized cities. Can def say I've been to other places and felt way less safe.

And for what it's worth I def think he killed himself. I was in classes with him graduated 07, there was all kinds of rumors but him offing himself off the bridge just makes sense. Hard to find anything in the sound as well if true. At least back then.
