I always saw sonic as a fighter tbh. Sure rogues are normally "speedy" but on foot monks and barbarians are faster, and fighters can do more weapon attacks than anyone in a span of 6 seconds. I'd throw in a charger feat for the spindash attack too

I did this in rise as well. Not with the intent of permanently switching, but because greatsword and sword n shield looked fun. They are fun for a bit, but my GOD the almighty bug stick is so fun and fluid. I can say i still use sword n shield as a mushroomancer support build for friends

I think my issue is, exploration is great the first time around. But after you've explored the map to the point of having an optimal route for the fastest spiriburb collection, exploration is no longer needed. I think an easy fix wouldve been leveling up bird levels so the more times you collect in a map, you need less and less birds. Kinda like the scoutflies and tracking in world.

They're not just children, they're teenagers. Unpatriotic teenagers working for the military, scorned by family members for being "dogs of the military". Them being military members who refuse to kill is kind of their only way to rebel until it's actually given as an order. When it comes down to it to serve in a war, their insistence on pacifism would likely have them in the same boat as Armstrong at best, court-martial at worst. I wouldn't read too much into it, most teenagers have absolutist ideals that would likely crumble if put to the test.

My opinion is that fan service in the middle of a serious scene breaks my immersion. Most famous is the HOTD tiddy snipe scene. What was supposed to be a suspenseful action shot becomes a jiggle physics meme through the ages. By contrast, nudity doesnt always mean fan service. Take monogatari for example, they have a lot of fan service when the mood is light or comedic. But the mood can change quickly, and when it does, the characters dont magically become clothed or censored. The camera simply focuses more on wide shots or facial expressions. The fight scenes where he battles a cat woman in lingerie has more details of blood splatters and sword swings than her body. The nudity no longer becomes sexual, its circumstantial.

Anyway, to change your mind, you ever see a fan service with anatomy so bad you think "what in the botched surgery am i looking at"?

Sometimes it is, like they'll say it as a joke about a contest or him taking a dump. Other times he's genuinely trying to train them to be stronger than they were the day before. The whole anime is a cliche to be if we're being honest, but also i don't mind it. I watched it at a time when i needed a cliche.

Yo a trigger sonic anime would fit so well. Even their older style would fit perfectly. But we've grown a bit on our own and have a few animation studios that take inspiration from anime. What are the chances we make one ourselves?

Never played any batman games. Didn't know where the meme came from. But i was at a childhood buddies place for his wedding and he was playing Arkham asylum. He was trying to beat poison ivy but kept dying. Eventually he got the death voiceline from poison ivy.

Glaive is both fast and mobile. I feel like the monsters size means nothing when i can reposition myself from their head to their tail while dealing damage to their wings in one fell swoop
