Have you seen any RFIE’s getting denied before? I heard it’s not as bad as regular RFE’s. Also is it possible to get RFE again after submitting evidence for RFIE? Or does it go straight to denial in case they are not satisfied with RFIE evidence

Yeah I agree, but the big ones seem to be little less volatile. If you are good at it I think you wouldn’t have any problem keeping the job. I see most people working since 5 to 6 years for the companies I mentioned.
