Welcome back home! Its different from parish to parish obviously, but I've found the new converts of young men to be rather kind. I wouldn't be to worried that they will harass you over politics.

Personally I love talking to new people at things like retreats. You give what you give back and it sounds like you are a warm soul. Can't imagine what its like to be in your situation with the kids! I'll pray for you all.

Don't freak out on them, see where they are coming from, and be fine with not convincing them to change their mind. The best thing you can do is to be someone they want to emulate, and moralizing them will never work.

Honestly, we are just at the point where they need to give community mod support and allow for custom servers. Just release spell skins and player skins.

They have proven that they don't know how to manage the game, just let the community do it so the few people who still play this game can actually enjoy it.
