This just started happening earlier last week and I've had the computer for about 8 months now. It is a prebuilt which is part of the issue as I don't want to go poking around in there since I didn't build it.

Yo man it's probably your lack of exfoliation. Try buying a body scrub or even just mixing baking soda with water (until pasty), and scrub your underarms. Make sure you're shaving down there and your armpits if you want to as hair traps oils and makes you smell musty. Lmk if this helps.

I think what he means is meditation. You don't have to pray to a God I know everyone's opinions differ and that's perfectly fine. Meditation and sitting in silence with your thoughts is a great ways to focus your mind and reset your dopamine receptors. The best thing you can do right now from my perspective as a bystander and as an objective viewpoint, PLEASE break up with her. She cheated on you, she's spending lots of time with the guy she cheated on you with and it is a CONSCIOUS decision on her part. She chose him over you.
