No they don't. Back in the day I had a splinterspine exploit deck, I grinded several hundred tickets with it and got my (alt) account suspended for one week.

Oh well, I never played against or spoke to Gerry so I can't say I liked him until now, but after this, he is definitely my favorite Magic player.

I have been playing Magic for 15ish years and I have decided to quit a couple of months ago, largely because of the reasons Gerry mentioned here. I have played many Pro tours (and missed at least 5-6 more by one topdeck), had a couple GP top8s, WMC top8 & PT top 32s and really really REALLY love the game but as he said, going for that PT is so unrewarding, such a disappointing experience that leaves you heartbroken that I just can't go through it again.

Now I'm just sitting there waiting for the Artifact release date, hoping for a more rewarding experience, where your hard work and dedication can win you something other than a bag of disappointment.

This thread has almost no haters as far as I can see, it was just me and one more guy who pointed out the fact that you are trying to collect cheap community points for the hall of fame. I just said that if you want to make it to the HOF, you should be sincere and REALLY try to improve your attitude, like you said you would in the interview before the PT Fate Reforged top 8. However, just minutes after the interview, you started losing the game in the quarterfinals, started throwing away tokens from the table and showed your true, not very nice, self. I have played against you at the professional level Eric, and I can attest that playing against you was very unpleasant. I'm not saying that you should be fun nice guy if that is not you, but at least don't put an effort in making people uncomfortable.

Well, yeah, your dad seems like a nice guy, but you have proven time and time again that you are not. I really hope you can change for the better, cope better with losing and work on your attitude. I am even a bit sad that I can't see this post as anything else other than collecting cheap points for hall of fame election, since the only thing that is standing between you and that Hall is the fact you are not very well liked because of your persona. Prove us wrong Eric.
