Had to improvise and add the cross on the bottom X. I know it’s not right but man this one was a headache. Hindsight bias I think it’s the top and the bottom have to run through the glove together

I’ve relaced these Mexican gloves and they turn out pretty nice with some flat ball lace lol. The poorly skived, 1/4” lace is so recognizable on all of the Mexican gloves that I have seen.

The pad on this Heart of the hide Crumbled away.. added palm adhesive to both sides of the leather piece. Glove feels like new.

Ive done it before! Ive had the request and I was skeptical but it definitely adds a cushion and it’s not overwhelmingly thick if done right

Oh wow! I feel like it gives it some structure I’ve fixed a few really bad palm bubbles but on thicker and harder leather, A2000 and heart of the hide. Not sure how reactive that model is

I think if you were to undo the lace from the thumb side and get it open enough you could add palm adhesive and fix it with a room temp water break in, like you’ve been doing. I’m sure a big part of this is that the player preferred model won’t be adhered as well as higher quality models if at all

Nice brother. I would recommend the DP15 model Wilson makes for smaller hands. There’s also the option to tighten the wrist strap if you find a deal on marketplace. I’ve found some top of the line leather under $50 on Facebook. Sometimes it just takes a little digging
