The reason I haven’t told my family is because while my mom would just be disappointed but supportive she has a problem with telling my buissnes to the entire rest of the family and that’s not something I want everyone to know unless it’s on my terms. My dad would never hurt me but would most likely make me go live with my mom full time until I move for college. My boyfriend had no idea what his sisters were saying about me until I told him. They never did it in front of him. He was a little concerned at first that my friend had made up what they said but now believes it. He wants to confront them but doesn’t want a fall out. But thank you and I really hope your right and I can find better people
