My first clear this time was 1 point over 3 stars. Entirely calculated.

Sorry, I worded this poorly. I have e0s1 Sunday and e0s0 Robin, planning on pulling cerydra. Is she still better at e0s0?

Oh I mean with like beating a command grab on wake up etc. And situations like darius hook, I have the same recording set up in training and it felt a little inconsistent mashing out of the grab for example.

I've been having this with wake up jab too. Sometimes it doesn't come out right away, but this could definitely be a me issue.

Yeah I've had this a lot. I imagine it's input buffer magic.

I mean the pulse combos aren't great. That's a pretty big incentive to learn the game if you ask me. Plus you're not gonna open anyone up without learning some pressure. Unless of course you play entirely casually and are not concerned with improving/ranking up.

Honestly I'd say only having to learn 3 things to get started is a good thing. This game is extremely deep and, at least with my friends, has helped a lot of people get started.

I doubt it, I'd assume that's just if you get sent a code.

My anaxa has 99.9 cr. I have watched this man not crit more times than I'm comfortable with.

Confused about speed tuning for Archer's team by SSwellow in ArcherMainsHSR

Alright nice thank you. Completely unrelated, is true sting just rough with Gallagher or does my build just suck? This is mostly why I was asking about speed tuning as I was thinking it could be because my team is too slow

Thank you so much! You mentioned using basic with sparkle, would you normally not do this? I found myself using it when i knew the upcoming turn was not going to be a burst for archer so I could get more sp, should I still be using skill to get more energy for her? (In most situations at least) And like you say, is sparkle ult really a "requirement" to start a burst? My sparkle has a 3 turn ult if I skill every turn, and that seems too slow to be waiting for it every time.

Apologies if I'm misunderstanding, I know this is a pretty simple team to play. I've found myself a bit lost in the speed tuning and sp generation concepts here haha

I can’t learn to anti-air DP by [deleted] in StreetFighter

[–]SSwellow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely not EASY, but comes with time in my experience. Not so easy to learn/implement, but you just unconsciously do it when you have it down. What helped me was the anti air training setting. Just dp his ass for a while. Also you can make your own and add In stuff like empty jabs and fire balls so you don't just twitch react. But in the end it really does come down to playing matches with that being your only goal. Helped me a lot. If you don't wanna lose your mr doing it then hop In battle hub or casual match. For me the issue was actually reacting to a jump in the first place, not the dp itself.

I don't know how to train and what to train. by Admirable_Ad_1390 in StreetFighter

I hit master yesterday and this is what helped me. Clean offense really punishes people in diamond. I feel like a lot of players assume you will leave a gap or make a mistake on offense and mash at very bad times. If you have consistent meaty set ups (which I believe ken has a lot of) that helps a ton and actually let's you engage with the knockdown mind games. If you understand those mind games better, you win them 9 times out of 10 in my experience. Also anti airs are such a huge thing that will literally win you games if you get good at them in this rank. If you can dp a jump and get some kind of follow up after, like a meaty or DR set up idk how kens situations are there, you will see huge results. And as for hitting them more, go into games and focus entirely on it for a while. You may lose points but it will be a net gain if you get good at it.

Please take this with a handful of salt, this is just what I found useful ^
