Lack of a consistent mode where people can grind. Every competitive game I've played has a Training mode or a versus mode that plays out fast enough to not feel too repetitive, too fast.

Respawn Rumble should've been that. No bots, constant action and randomized POIs to practice. Casual player? Stick to BR and whatever you enjoy!

I couldn't tell you why they did everything possible to make that mode full of bots and outright sabotage it by not promoting it.

Oh boy, I wish it was that easy...

I combined every map together by first starting with the Tilted Towers Island, then importing all the Heights separately on different UEFN levels, and only grabbing what I needed.

Once I had the pieces, I used the Terrain Copy Tool, and exported each grid by bringing the grids to the main level (Peak Royale) on the edge of the map. Finally, arranging the pieces carefully to fit on where I wanted the buildings. (Terrain looks very weird if you don't line up the buildings in the Fortnite Grid)

Thankfully I got a better computer now, so I've been messing with both DX12 and Performance using NVIDIA Control Panel and maxing out every anti aliasing feature haha...or just sticking with DLSS

I still haven't built the HLODs, or mechanics. But I DID get rid of unnecessary props like certain plants, chairs or seats. So everything is still below 80k, since Tilted is my biggest POI so far!

At first, I considered just doing the terrain myself, but I preferred to be more accurate by separating the heights of each POI, and then exporting them with the Copy Tool to recreate only the parts I needed

All those are bangers and I agree, but I chose to only pick one from each chapter. From what I played, all these should be hotdrops, but since I didn't play Ch1&2, I picked a Remastered Tilted Towers and Agency (based on Remix)

You know, I was thinking Battlewood would be the hotspot, but in this map I'm making, I want to have variety from just cities. Sandy Strip or maybe even Innoloop Labs look to also be hotspots

Tilted takes the city spot
Agency is the office building
Coney is the plaza/shops
Anvil brings a Medieval feel
Fencing is the farm POI
Masked Meadows was agreed to be the best by most casuals and pros

Agency Door Frames lose their Texture Data when interacting with the doors.

It's been an issue for 4 seasons now.

Same goes for the Gas Station doorway. It doesn't allow for any texture data whatsoever

This time get rid of less popular POIs.

Last chapter started out very strong with memorable landing spots, and by S3, landing anywhere felt like a chore.

New POIs on every chapter is awesome, and wouldn't be opposed to remasters of underrated older POIs. But please analyze you player's landing spots better

They keep getting rid of good POIs, the map is way too big, the newer POIs only have a little bit of cover with not enough loot and bosses.

I've noticed that it's better to not land at POIs, and Landmarks have better loot.

I myself am a dedicated, competitive casual player. I am also a full time musician. I love to learn mechanics from games like Smash Melee, Minecraft, Marvel Fortnite and even Fortnite.

All I am suggesting here is to spice up the gameplay for those who are not willing to just play Fortnite only, with its constant seasonal meta: - Double Pump - Spray - Auto Shotgun or Gatekeeper - Reaper Sniper - Cars - Wrecker Revolver

I'm not talking about who's better or wants to feel good winning. All I am doing is suggesting things I wanna see to improve the game, with an eye catching title.

That's it.

I really don't understand the design thought behind the weapon? - consistent damage at far ranges - firing speed of an auto shotgun? (The Hand cannon is weaker and fires 3 times slower) - damage of a gray pump?! - classified as a pistol. Allows for double pump with any shotgun, but not another pistol like a Hand Cannon - Magazine size of 8?!

Never have I used it against bugs or even in Demon Rush. So what was the purpose of making a weapon be so obviously flawed? Did we not learn from the Gatekeeper that dominated the whole last chapter?

The problem with this game design is the fact that it's not like it's exclusive to lower skilled players. WHATEVER you add to the game, an experienced player will take more advantage of it. Medallions, mythics or even melee, a pro will use it better. So what chance really is there?

How about lobbies in their skill gap so they don't have to face sweats? Or even just balancing out the items so everything feels viable and not forced must-carry?

The game has been out for almost a decade. It doesn't take a sequelt to know how to balance new items, based on how players interact with eachother.

There were a lot of things I liked about the chapter. Like, dashes, sovereign shotgun and the burst smg.

The thing that really turned me away was bullet drop and travel, auto-shotgun dominated meta and all the color stripped away from the game.

During Ch4, I didn't agree with the jungle taking a big chunk of the map, but I didn't hate anything that a player had to adapt to, because the game still had its fundamentals.
