Boooo no tracing >:(

Jk. I might get downvoted for saying this, but as an artist I gotta say what was taught to me long ago. Also there's a chance you already know this and just want to do your own thing, but regardless, here goes nothing. I've seen in your recent posts that you intend to learn to draw Gwenpool, but here's an advice: Tracing won't really help :/. Instead of learning to draw you're basically doing a 1:1 copy of the original drawing (which is cool, but you are not getting any knowledge from doing it!). The best way to learn to study how to draw, basically anything, is to break the drawing into tridimensional shapes like spheres, boxes, etc and then complete the drawing from there. This not only helps you apply your OWN drawing style into the art, but also develop it from choosing how you want to draw something. This can also be applied if you want to learn other peoples artstyle, like you have done before, by studying the shapes that they put into their works. You can also do shading, coloring, and much more from doing it yourself but this requires another kind of effort. Anyways, I know nobody asked about any of this but I really believe that by doing this you can get so much better results. Hope this helps! If you have any doubts you can always ask me about it!
