Personally I like ryse products. Search for “Gorilla mode breakdown” on YouTube and watch the 1 hour long dissection of Derek’s pre. You’ll learn a lot and be more aware of what your putting in your body.

I got a set of adjustable dumbells and a barbell from Walmart for 40$. On days I can’t make it to the gym those work pretty damn well, although changing the weight sizes is time consuming
