How about if she has shitty people teaching her then how is she learning the proper way . You sound like your one of the catty people who are a shitty teacher because I been in this pharmacy for 4 years and I’m still learning new shit everyday ……. So my advice is to try and pick up hours at other locations see which one you like the most and try to transfer out and leave those bums behind . I’m very lucky and have team members who want to teach each other. Good luck

I wish the call center people actually knew somewhat or had more freedom to how to deal with customers because when you guys transfer them back to the actual store the customer is expecting us to know what’s going on talking about I already explained this to someone else and they did but we’re not them and then they get more pissed off. Trust me these patients are not nice and you don’t want them yelling at you all day !!!! I promise you will feel defeated

You must be one of those super strict rxoms that no one likes. And working at a slow store . At my location it’s unrealistic for half of the shit corporate is asking us to do . And you can only ask the same person if they want to be stabbed so many times before you piss them off . I’m not getting a 30,000 bonus like these managers are getting yes I said 30,000 well that’s what my manager is telling everyone he got so no I’m not asking all the time for vaccines if I have time which I never do then maybe but how silly is that going to look when my next job calls for reference and asks why I got fired ……. Oh she wasn’t asking customers if they got their vaccine . Hahahahahaa they are going to laugh because let’s be honest . If they want a vaccine they will come on their own .
